    Work as a Property Valuation Consultant

    At CBIZ, one of the nation's leading business consulting firms, your primary focus will be to simplify clients' business operations.


    Essential Functions And Primary Duties:

    • Review Consultant work and provide feedback
    • Manage all aspects of projects
    • Deliver solutions for clients
    • Achieve revenue targets
    • Adhere to project budgets and timelines
    • Participate in business development activities
    • Complete assigned tasks efficiently


    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in tangible assets, appraisals, property valuation, and inventory management is a plus
    Ability to travel up to 70% based on client needs


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    3 years of work experience
    Professional certifications related to the field
    Analytical skills
    Proficiency in relevant technology
    Effective communication skills
    Ability to travel up to 70%
