Residential Care Manager (m/f/d):


Vivantes - Forum für Senioren GmbH is a subsidiary of Vivantes Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH and operates 18 Hauptstadtpflegehäuser (residential care homes) in Berlin with a total of 2,362 full-time nursing places.


Your tasks:

Management of a residential area with care-dependent residents of care levels 1 Ensuring the quality of care and support according to SGB XI (Social Security Code) - Working with family members - Staff management - Vacation and shift planning - Designing the daily structure within the residential area - Complete and correct use of resident documentation - Organizing work processes while considering economic aspects - Participation in quality assurance measures - Ensuring compliance with applicable hygiene regulations, safety and accident prevention regulations, as well as regulations of the Medical Devices Act and Hazardous Substances Ordinance
