School Companion / Participation Assistant (m/f/d)
on a part-time basis (approx hrs/week).

As a school companion, you will support students with disabilities during classes, breaks, and possibly in after-school care, and take on
the following tasks:

  • You provide practical and, if necessary, nursing assistance.
  • You assist with the use of personal aids, such as communication aids.
  • You promote the independence of the students under your care.
  • You support the development of relationships with classmates and teachers.
  • You communicate with teachers and special education teachers.
  • The specific tasks depend on the individual needs of the students under your care.

Your profile:


  • You enjoy working with children and teenagers.
  • You can adapt to the individual situation of the students and the class.
  • You are reliable and work in a structured manner.
  • You do not need to have a pedagogical qualification or training, as the positions are
    also suitable for career changers and those returning to work.
  • You can provide proof of complete immunity to measles according to the regulations
