We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable restaurant manager for our lovingly furnished Italian restaurant on the beautiful Mainpromenade in Würzburg.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing the restaurant
  • Business management
  • Staff management and scheduling
  • Developing the culinary offerings
  • Optimizing and coordinating processes
  • Charming guest service and serving food
  • Adhering to business and legal guidelines (staff, hygiene, quality)

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training and relevant qualifications
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Passion and creativity for the job, commitment, and resilience
  • Independent and responsible work ethic with a high standard for quality
  • Motivated, friendly, and guestoriented attitude and work style
  • Competent in staff management and training our apprentices
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work proactively even under high workload
