    PAY:

    $18-19 per hour plus renewal commission (up to $100 per renewal).


    SCHEDULE:

    Five-day work week from 8 AM to 5 PM with some Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. Paid holidays and 80 hours of PTO within your first year.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Property Manager in on-site property operations.
    • Maximize tenant lease renewals (including commissions).
    • Develop and maintain a resident relations program.
    • Ensure property occupancy levels and rental rates meet or exceed market standards.
    • Assist in maintaining current and effective property marketing strategies.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preference for affordable housing experience.
    • At least 2 years of multifamily housing experience.
    • Proficient computer skills, especially in industry-specific software such as YARDI.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts effectively.
