The Property Manager is a professional individual with years of property management experience, and is responsible for providing clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. With office management duties as well, this individual demonstrates leadership and creates trust with owners, tenants, and vendors. Our property management services involve helping tenants renew, sign, understand, and abide by their lease agreement. We also work with tenants and vendors to fill maintenance requests, verify and submit invoices for payment, review property owner statements for accuracy, and work with our property owners for needed approvals and notifications. The office manager is also responsible for frequent coordination with the company owner, working with prospective clients in the onboarding process, managing large captital expenditure projects, and asset management. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, like to wear many hats, and are a happy, organized, positive, and upbeat person who is a great team-player, then this may be a great fit
