ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)
Salary group 9a TVöD | Part-time (currently 29.25 hours) | Permanent
Your tasks
- You support facility management in the operation and administration of city-owned, leased, and rented properties in Mannheim.
- You are the contact person for internal and external customers.
- You assist in the creation and review of operating cost and other invoices.
- You commission external services, such as cleaning, security, and winter services, and ensure their reliable execution.
- You implement the organizational fire protection of the buildings assigned to you in cooperation with the users.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a public administration clerk or the first level of the civil service training program, or have a degree as a real estate agent.
- You are communicative
