For our branch in Osterstraße, we are looking for a full-time (35 hours per week) store manager.

We are seeking individuals who can put a smile on our customers' faces, maintain high quality and hygiene standards, and become part of a fantastic team.

Career changers will receive internal training to become true professionals, so previous cosmetic experience is not mandatory.


Responsibilities:

  • You schedule appointments for men and women
  • You advise men and women on waxing
  • You quickly rid our customers of their hairy problems
  • Managing the store
  • Coordinating staff in your store
  • Improving customer service quality
  • Monitoring and optimizing the store and products
  • Monitoring inventory (placing orders, keeping inventory list, reporting incoming goods)
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations (hygiene, health, accident prevention)
  • Cash management, handling complaints, and social media management
  • Delegating tasks as needed
