- Handle customer complaints with care and in line with the dealership's guidelines
- Promote sales of branded parts
- Improve efficiency in customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to showcase accessories vehicles
- Monitor parts department workflow and ensure timely completion of work
- Process warranty and billing adjustments
- Manage backorders, ensuring quick shipping and delivery
- Account for all dealership purchases before payment
- Tag parts correctly for full credit recovery
- Assist in collecting overdue accounts
- Notify customers of special-order parts arrival
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an automotive parts department preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and problem-solve effectively
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in computer skills and physically able to lift over 50lbs
- Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
