Overview:
Northwest Houston auto transmission wholesale company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time position Monday-Friday and 3 Saturdays/month. Bilingual proficiency is a requirement for this position. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Take and process will call orders
• Process walkin counter orders
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in automotive transmission parts sales
• Strong knowledge of automotive transmission parts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
