    Description

    My client is actively looking for an APM based out in their Falls Church VA office Our client is one of the mid-Atlantic's top General Contractors.

    They have multiple offices throughout the area, with the majority of their work located between Falls Church and Richmond.

    Their bread and butter is Multifamily construction with the majority of their projects valued between $30 and $100M, however they have completed projects worth $200M+.

    Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
    Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
    Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
    Support the project closeout process, including final inspections, client walkthroughs, and documentation turnover.
    Bachelor's degree in [Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field].
    ~4-6 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up construction.
    ~ Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    ~ PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
