    Job Description Description:
    We are seeking a full-time Fulfillment Center Manager who will make a difference in our daily operations. The team member will be working in a warehouse performing various activities in the operations environment.

    This employee will help facilitate the timely receipt of goods from vendors, stocking and transporting to designated locations, the fulfillment of orders, restocking, along with cycle counting.

    This position requires the ability to work with other departments including co-workers as well.

    Key Responsibilities
    Ensure the fulfillment center operates at a high level of productivity while providing customer satisfaction.
    Work with Supervisors, team members, peers, and other departments to achieve results greater than established SLA's.
    Train and manage a team member to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach performance objectives.

    Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with all BIG related policies.

    Schedule and oversee the fulfillment center team to meet daily and long-term workload requirements.
    Provide feedback to team in a positive and constructive manner.
    Determine labor needs and adjust within the fulfillment center accordingly.
    Update, maintain, and monitor performance data.
    Proactively work on process improvements.
    Provide opportunities for team development.

    Requirements:

    3-5 years' experience in a warehouse supervisor or managers role, managing hourly employees.
    Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
    Proficient experience with WMS.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
    Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
    Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.
    High School Diploma but college degree preferred.
    Ability to communicate in English using written and verbal skills.
    Excellent project management skills.
    Proficient computer skills.
