- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of security systems and protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of security engineers and analysts.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the protection of our organization's assets and information.
- Manage access provisioning to all applications, systems, and network devices.
- Understand the organization's security policies and work with auditors and GRC manager to ensure compliance with those policies.
- Document sound security procedures and guidelines to comply with security policies and standards.
- Continuously monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their integration into our security infrastructure.
- Develop and execute security training programs to promote awareness and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in security engineering and operations.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Experience leading and managing a team of security engineers and analysts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- CISSP, CISM certifications are required.
- Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally.
- Based in Greater Tampa or willing to relocate.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Security Engineering and Operations to join our team.
