- Work with Portfolio Leaders to research PM/PPM tools for current and upcoming Generative AI initiatives
- Partner with Leadership to identity and prioritize areas for effective tool usage and process improvement
- Prepare and deliver presentations to Executive Leaders to guide strategic decision-making
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for potential project/portfolio management tooling
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Work with the PMO to setup metrics/KPIs for newly established teams
- 10+ years Project/Program Management experience in global, enterprise settings
- Knowledgeable in several different types of enterprise PM/PPM software
- Experience driving strategic decision-making for highly visible projects
- Expertise in Change Management and Process Improvement
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience as a Scrum Master/CSM is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies
