    ManTech is currently in search of a motivated, career-driven Product and Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

    Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advanced business performance
    • Maintaining a database of all IT equipment offerings on the program
    • Collaborating with sales reps and the resellers as necessary to gather End of Sale (EOS / End of Life (EOL) dates and learning the next generation product offerings
    • Collaborating with Engineers to alert them of upcoming EOS dates and what the next gen products need to be tested and verified
    • Coordinating with the vendors for test eval units
    • Submitting security approval forms and monitoring the process
    • Coordinating the annual catalog review
    • Reviewing the order requests to verify correct part numbers
    • Develop and enforce configuration management processes
    • Drive the development of a desired configuration state and highlight exceptions as and when discovered
    • Lead the Change Configuration Board (CCB) to include the coordination, recording, and documenting the actions of the CCB
    • Create and maintain the CM process, using best practice and policy documents, to ensure CM rigor and improve efficiency
    • Sponsor a communication campaign to promote awareness and acceptance of the Configuration Management / Asset Management process

    Additional Requirements:

    • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Tool Suite, especially MS Excel
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
    • Proficient in ITSM Ticketing Methodology and ServiceNow Tools

    Position Requirement:

    • Minimum of High School and 6 years of Information Technology experience or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Information Technology experience.

    Clearance Requirement:

    • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
