- 3+ years of quantitative and analytical experience
- Ability to work independently with full funnel datasets and technical platforms

- Strong understanding of data tracking and statistical approaches
- Collaborate with Data Scientists for Machine Learning initiatives
- Proactive, well-organized, and adept at managing deadlines
