Starting Pay - $17.00 per hour with uncapped sales & repair incentive potential

Average incentive potential of $420 per month & Top incentive potential of $2,700 per month, based on performance

Here's what you'll bring to the team:

At least 1 year of customer service/retail sales experience
Minimum of 6 months experience in product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)
Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
Ability to work flexible retail hours
Passing background check (criminal and drug test)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

As a retail technician, here's an overview of your responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices
Enhance customer experience through the 'serve, solve, and sell' approach, promoting the Asurion Connected Home product in all customer interactions
Represent Asurion by delivering exceptional, personalized customer experiences
Meet sales targets
Manage same-day pick-up inventory (packing, shipping, receiving, and coordinating with delivery drivers)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide feedback, and assist in implementing programs and processes
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment
Support market initiatives and store operations as required
