We are looking for someone familiar with wastewater treatment engineering principles and an understanding of hydrogeology who is interested in working with a variety of operating businesses and municipalities in the Central Valley. If you have these skills and are seeking an opportunity to broaden your technical knowledge, we encourage you to submit your application to become part of our Land Discharge Permitting team.
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has an opening for a Water Resource Control Engineer in the Waste Discharge Requirements (Non-15) Permitting Unit. The position is located 11020 Sun Center Drive, Suite 200, Rancho Cordova, California 95670

Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.

An applicant with a college degree obtained outside the United States that does meet accreditation standards must have education records evaluated by a credentials evaluation service.
