The State Water Resources Control Board's Division of Financial Assistance seeks a Water Resource Control Engineer for the Office of Sustainable Water Solutions' Small Community Drinking Water / Wastewater Planning and Construction Section. The office is conveniently located at 1001 I Street, 18th Floor, Sacramento CA 95814, close to light rail stations and public transportation facilities.

In order to be eligible for this role, ensure the following are included:
Must have Water Resource Control Engineer list, transfer, or reinstatement eligibility and be reachable on the certification list. Exam link available for reference.
If a candidate holds a college degree from outside the United States that does not meet accreditation standards, an evaluation from a recognized credentials evaluation service is necessary. The review must be completed during the final minimum qualification assessment of the candidate(s).
Electronic submission of applications and attachments through (STD. 678), including detailed work experience, dates, hours worked, and supervisor contact information on the state application is essential. Failure to submit a completed STD. 678 may result in disqualification.
During the selection process, the interview panel will evaluate education, experience, personal growth, traits, and suitability for the role. Emphasis will be placed on the relevance and scope of experience, as well as the candidate's ability to handle increasing responsibilities. Refer to the class specification for more details.
