Customer Service Representative for Home Office Gaming Consoles - Richmond, KY, United States - Skyline Solutions
Description
Our client is the German service partner of a well-known manufacturer of a gaming console.We are looking for technically savvy individuals (m/f/d) to provide written and verbal support to buyers and answer incoming questions about using the product.
Typical inquiries that you will be able to answer after thorough training include:- How can downloads be prioritized, stopped, or executed?
- How can I install, update, or delete streaming services?
- When will a certain game be available for a specific console?
- General inquiries about external controls and graphics optimization.
You are able to explain the operation of both software and hardware to people who may not be as technically proficient as you.
You remain patient when things may not progress as quickly on the other end of the line and are willing to repeat or start over if necessary.
In case of more complex inquiries, you will have access to a detailed electronic manual and can also call on a colleague (m/f/d) who may have a better understanding of the product for support.
After the training period, there is the possibility to work from home.For this, you will need a stable internet connection with a minimum transfer rate of 16 Mbps and live within a radius of approximately 100 km around Berlin.
