Your tasks

Enforcement of public-law claims of the city

of Karlsruhe and other creditors within the framework of official assistance

Collection of private-law claims in field service

Seizure of movable property and settlement of collected funds

Apartment openings, slot machine and cash seizures

Conducting investigations

Collecting personal and economic information of debtors

Written reporting and documentation of all enforcement and investigation results

Other official actions in the field of enforcement

Your profile

Completed training in the middle non-technical

administrative service or as an administrative assistant

or a comparable qualification in the commercial sector with at least two years of training

Knowledge of administrative and enforcement law as well as

field service experience (debt collection, enforcement, enforcement service) is desirable

High level of reliability and accuracy in dealing with

money and numbers is required

Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills, especially in dealing with difficult customers

Willingness to work outside of regular working hours

(evening hours and Saturdays)

Proof of possession of a class B driver's license and use of a private motor vehicle for official trips
