Education Officer (m/f/d) Cologne Full-time / Part-time Zartbitter Cologne is a contact and counseling center against sexual violence towards children and adolescents.

In addition to counseling and prevention work, we develop and test innovative concepts for prevention and intervention, with a focus on transferring theory into practice.

For over 30 years, we have been setting political impulses and pioneering work with a small team, for example in the areas of "Sexual abuse by children in preschool and primary school age", "Prevention of sexual violence" and "Peer violence and abuse in institutions".

Cologne is looking for an Education Officer (m/f/d) to expand our work in the field of "Prevention of sexual violence against children and adolescents" as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities include:
organizing, conducting and conceptually developing prevention workshops in schools and youth facilities providing professional support to freelance staff participating in the conceptual development of prevention materials information events and training for pedagogical professionals and volunteer staff in pedagogical fields contributing to the development of professional articles You bring: a degree in social work/educational science or a comparable qualification trauma-pedagogical or comparable additional qualification experience in transferring theory into practice and creating professional publications institutional experience in the field of youth welfare, youth association work and/or schools extensive experience in group work with children and adolescents willingness to advocate for children and adolescents affected by sexual violence in a partisan and professional manner organizational skills to creatively, structuredly
