    Description


    As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Prochant, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our marketing strategy across various channels.

    With a strong background in sales enablement, account-based marketing (ABM), and content creation, you will enhance our brand's reach, engage our target audience, and drive sales performance.

    You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop materials and campaigns that resonate with our key accounts and support our overall marketing objectives.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in sales enablement, account-based marketing, and content creation
    Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
    Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
    Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy and Execution:
    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, with a strong emphasis on enablement, ABM, and content creation

    Sales Enablement:
    Create and manage a repository of sales resources, including case studies, product sheets, and presentations, to support the sales team in engaging prospects and closing deals

    Account-Based Marketing:
    Lead ABM initiatives by identifying key accounts, developing personalized marketing campaigns, and coordinating with sales to drive account penetration and revenue growth

    Content Creation:
    Produce high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, webinars, and website copy, that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals

    Market Research:
    Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies

    Analytics and Reporting:
    Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, using data to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing efforts

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all touchpoints
