    Our Procurement Specialists play a vital role in securing competitive pricing agreements and managing supplier relationships within the post-acute care industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Vendor Negotiations:
    Proactively engage with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms for essential products and services used in post-acute care settings

    Supplier Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure favorable agreements and reliable supply chains

    Cost Optimization:
    Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing, bulk purchasing, and contract management

    Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make informed procurement decisions and drive competitive advantage

    Contract Development:
    Collaborate with legal and finance teams to draft, review, and finalize procurement contracts that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements

    Compliance:
    Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, preferably within the healthcare or medical supplies industry.
    Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure favorable pricing agreements with suppliers.
    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data analysis.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

    Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.


    Salary and Benefits:
    Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
