    Description
    One of Insight Global's large healthcare clients is in need of a patient services representative. This individual will support their financial services department between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm. This individual will be responsible for customer service responsibilities. The duties include; answering inbound calls, gathering and interpreting information and then relaying the information to the clinical team.

    . Required Skills & Experience-2-3 years as an administrative assistant or
    • Receptionist in a medical environment 1+ year experience with medical scheduling Experience working in a complex environment Extremely professional and willing to learn Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Experience handling medical insurance Call center background Experience with Epic-Bachelors degree Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
