    Position Overview

    Location: Experience the best of both worlds! Spend two days a week in the vibrant office environment, fostering creativity and teamwork with your amazing colleagues. Then, enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from your home base. This role is based out of our Indy office and entails a hybrid work setup.

    Compensation Package:

    • Competitive market-based salary, ranging from $81,000 to $125,000 depending on experience and expertise
    • Includes equity options
    • 401(k) matching program

    Role Details

    Working closely with our VP, Operations, the IT Manager will support revenue growth by enhancing business processes and systems for our go-to-market teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day administration of company-wide tools and technologies
    • Optimize employee productivity through software configuration and adoption
    • Oversee procurement and lifecycle of employee laptops
    • Collaborate with HR to enhance the employee experience
    • Define and track IT budget in partnership with Finance
    • Handle IT equipment and solutions for office locations
    • Implement and enforce risk management controls in collaboration with Security and Leadership teams
    • Develop and maintain helpdesk procedures and documentation
    • Support vendor management activities
    • Lead deployment and maintenance of security tools for cyber threat detection
    • Conduct gap analysis and prioritize security measures

    Desired Candidate Profile

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of IT management experience or 6+ years as an IT specialist in a team setting
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Operations or network/security engineering
    • Hands-on experience in IT security controls and tools
    • Familiarity with productivity and communication software applications

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Service-oriented with a deep commitment to supporting colleagues
    • Familiarity with industry best practices for productivity tools
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Proficient in supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
    • Extensive knowledge of security technologies and data management
    • Ability to drive cyber security technology initiatives

    Education/Licenses/Certifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
    • Preferred certification such as ITIL, CITP, or CISA

    US work authorization is required. This role is open to US citizens residing in the country.
