You independently and goal-oriented administer the IT systems for basic services (client management, infrastructure, cloud services) including 2nd level support for the following areas:
- Outlook
- M365 end user tools
- Exchange mailing
- File service
- Sharepoint Online
The support of the email environment based on Microsoft Exchange (hybrid) as well as the Microsoft M365 environment (Sharepoint, Exchange Online) are part of your tasks
You administer and support the internal file service and archive systems
