Job Title: Manager, Sales & Client Success Operations (Revenue Operations)

Role Overview

The Manager of Sales & Client Success Operations oversees revenue operations alignment and strategy, supporting sales, marketing, and client success teams to achieve organizational goals. This role involves leveraging data to enhance sales, marketing, and client success performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Embrace the Patch Values in your daily work ethic.
Provide Sales leadership with data to shape Fiscal Year Strategy & Planning.
Ensure operational excellence in pipeline management, forecasting, and analytics.
Drive excellence in account and revenue management.
Collaborate with Business Process Management to optimize sales technologies.
Assist in new hire training on systems and processes.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned projects.
Support data governance for Sales/Client Success interactions.
Deliver proactive insights to Sales/Client Success leadership.
Maintain CRM standards for sales and marketing.
Additional assigned duties.

Qualifications

3-5 years of sales/revenue operations experience in SaaS.
Thorough understanding of sales and customer success processes.
Proficiency in Salesforce and related sales support technologies.
Demonstrated interpersonal and coaching skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Active participation in company culture-related activities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and oral communication skills.
Operation of standard office equipment.
Occasional lifting and moving up to 20 pounds.
