- Consult and propose solutions for ODOTs Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software ProjectWise tool
- Create process documentation for current and future states
- Utilize various information gathering methods (like interviews, facilitation, diagrams) to define and document complex business data requirements from Business teams
- Identify areas for enhancements in existing systems
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to enhance business processes related to ECM
- Conduct, document, and present impact analyses
- Develop and manage requirements traceability matrix
- Create and support the formation of functional specifications for data models, customizations, extracts, and reports
- Create implementation documentation and assist in the implementation process
- Implement design changes in asset management software and development environments, ensuring integration into the business production environment
- Plan and aid in data cleanup tasks
- Prepare test data, execute and support test activities including test plans and cases; test enhancements and monitor results
- Create and execute regression test plans and cases
- Plan and support user acceptance testing
- Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and milestones
- Cultivate strong working relationships with IT, Business, and Sourcing partners
- Develop training material for Business and technical audiences, such as User Guides, Job Aids, PowerPoint presentations, and training data
- Deliver both in-person and remote training for Business and technical audiences
- Tackle issues, diagnose causes, and present solutions for problem resolution
- Proficiency with ECM software, specifically Bentleys ProjectWise software
- Capable business analysis skills
- Effective communication abilities (both verbal and written)
- Strong development, systems/data analyst capabilities for release development tasks
- Testing/analysis competencies for release development and release acceptance testing tasks
- Produce business analysis deliverables including business process and workflow diagrams, system requirements, design specifications, and training/testing materials for implementation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Skilled in soft skills focusing on customer relations, time-management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
