Description
Job DescriptionAs a Brand & Creative Director, you will govern corporate branding and strategic support to enhance brand awareness and alignment across all markets.
Type:
Full-Time
Hours per week: 40 hours
Location:
Minneapolis, MN (on-site)
Day in the Life:
Develop and implement brand strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, maintaining a distinct graphic style.
Manage partnerships with vendors and stakeholders to enhance brand execution.
Direct social media strategies to maximize brand engagement.
Supervise and mentor the marketing team, including interns, when applicable.
Your Qualifications:
4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML; portfolio required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in brand management and creative direction.
Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Experience with digital marketing tools like WordPress, Salesforce, and CMS.
