  • For our client Volkswagen, you will develop new ideas and convincing communication measures across all channels
  • You will be responsible for projects and their creative implementation
  • Independently plan and oversee photo shoots and complex video productions
  • Crossdisciplinary excellence
  • Identification of customerspecific development potentials
  • Content and organizational guidance of team members

Your Profile:


  • At least 6 years of professional experience in art direction in an advertising or creative agency
  • First leadership experience and ability to motivate others
  • High digital affinity and knowledge of visual trends
  • Strong ideation and conceptual skills
  • Ability to confidently present to clients at a high level
  • Solid experience with larger video productions
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (B1/B2)
