Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials needed for the next day's production, including raw materials, components, and supplies.
  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and staged for easy access by production staff.
  • Execute production tasks, such as packaging products, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct visual inspections of materials to ensure they meet quality standards before being used in production. Report any defects to the production manager for evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate records of material usage and production activities.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry boxes and other materials up to 50 pounds.
  • 21+ years old.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with cannabis products and regulations is a plus.
