- Conducting daily inventory cycle counts for cannabis inventory & weekly cycle counts for non-cannabis inventory items, including merchandise and apparel
- Preparing & organizing labels of inventory items within the vault and warehouse
- Receiving shipments of both cannabis and non-cannabis material
- Loading and unloading pallets and boxes onto a box truck
- Driving a box truck between two warehouses
- Assisting in picking & packing of several orders daily
- Maintain inventory par levels in Excel, and update reports daily to inform management
- Provide occasional support with conducting deliveries
- Communicate well with supervisors and other team members
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional tasks such as warehouse management, deliveries/pickups, packaging, etc., on an as-needed basis
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience operating a box truck (26') with a liftgate
- Experience with warehouse equipment (i.e. pallet jack, forklift)
- Massachusetts Driver's License
- Must have your own reliable transportation to use between our two locations
- Experience using inventory management software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in the warehouses
- Flexible work schedule, with the ability to work after-hours as circumstances dictate
- Must be able to pass Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) background check
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct always
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Outstanding verbal and written skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 12'

Fernway is a cannabis vape brand with its production facility located in Northampton, Massachusetts. The company is a dynamic, rapidly growing cannabis start-up. We are seeking an individual who is team-oriented, hard-working and interested in a stable job with competitive compensation and benefits.
Position Summary:
Fernway's Inventory Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting with inventory counts daily and weekly, receiving shipments and transferring items between warehouses.
