    Seeking Senior Procurement Specialist for a Buyer/Planner role

    Summary

    Goal is to find an experienced leader able to improve the value stream of products through improved relationships between team members, suppliers and strategic partners.

    This manufacturing operation is fast paced, constant new product development but a fun team atmosphere as everyone is working towards improving each other and fulfilling customer expectations.

    · Will work closely with operations, engineering, suppliers and customers in managing procurement, inventory and shipping of products, equipment, and services.

    · This is a strategic but also analytical role– identify the weaknesses, put the processes in place to effect change BUT it's also a roll-up-the-sleeve's, build, coordinate, collaborate and execute. Unique opportunity to drive Lean and Operations Excellence in strategic sourcing, transaction management and supplier management.

    · Experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical products or similar engineered product line.

    • In this role, you'll control your own time and plan your day for optimal productivity.
    • In this role, your manager is actually available to support you.
    • In this role, you won't be micromanaged and made to check in every hour; you get time to concentrate.
    • In this role, everyone is moving in the same direction with the same goals, and you won't be caught between political infighting
