- Supporting Marketing and Sales teams to enhance brand visibility and create important connections
- Implementing marketing activities like in-store pop-ups to engage with consumers directly
- Working closely with Account Executives and Field Marketing Manager to boost sales and strengthen partnerships
- Contributing to marketing activations in various events and in-store setups
- Collaborating with the team to improve sales, engage with retail staff, and enhance product displays
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with industry and dispensary partners
- Communicating product details clearly and efficiently to customers and retailers
- At least 1 year of Event Marketing experience is preferred
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in retail sales, including active listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and build strong relationships
- Own vehicle for transportation of event materials
- Background check as required by law
- Knowledge of cannabis vapes and culture is a plus
- Must be fully vaccinated and boosted due to COVID-19 regulations
- Part-time position with Paid Sick Leave
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
