Summary:
Anova Care, a provider of home care and home health services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth.
The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand our client base, increase revenue, and strengthen our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and community organizations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to home care services.
Position Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in healthcare or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Sales experience required, healthcare experience preferred.
