    Position: Senior Growth and Retention Enablement Platform Manager

    As the Senior Growth and Retention Enablement Platform Manager at Empower, your primary responsibility is to lead and provide expertise on the Gong enablement platform. This platform is crucial for delivering coaching, performance, and development insights to both leaders and associates. Not only will you collaborate with peers and the leadership team to develop essential resources and tools for client-facing leaders and teams, but you will also implement business strategies that drive a highly productive growth and retention organization. Additionally, you will work closely with Gong and internal resources to optimize the technologies and tools used, staying abreast of new enablement platform capabilities that can complement Gong.

    Your Role:

    • Collaborate with various teams to implement Gong's roadmap for coaching, performance, and development
    • Identify and present solutions to business and content-related challenges
    • Leverage Gong's platform capabilities to implement solutions and maintain platform integrity
    • Lead cross-functional projects assigned by management
    • Manage expenses effectively and drive key initiatives
    • Design content management strategies in collaboration with peers
    • Identify and implement efficiencies across different segments
    • Promote a culture of empowering people to empower customers in alignment with company values
    • Offer technical expertise and support to client-facing teams
    • Provide strategic consultation for potential use cases in the Gong platform

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
    • Five years of experience using platforms that empower client-facing teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of the financial industry
    • Expertise in Gong or similar enablement platforms
    • Understanding of sales environment, content, tools, and training
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Base Salary Range:

    $84,000 - $118,575.00

    The salary range indicated reflects the typical base salary range for this role in the specified location. Non-sales positions may participate in a bonus program, while sales roles are eligible for incentives beyond base salary. The final compensation offered will vary based on factors like location, experience, and skill level.
