Head of Brand & Marketing

  • This position will require working from Schilling at least three days per week._

Specific duties:


  • Oversee all visual and written representations of the company, from interiors to social media posts to label art, always being able to answer "why?"
  • Design and manage merchandise and inventory for sale online and onsite in a manner commensurate with our brand.
  • Develop social media copy at a high level on a weekly basis, and either take or coordinate photography.
  • Routinely review, check and doublecheck menus, displays, interiors, social media, websites, etc.
  • Upgrade events displays.
  • Oversee all guestfacing interior design projects at the brewery's campus.
  • Design (or coordinate the design of) all beer label art in a way that is highly consistent with the look and feel of Schilling Beer Co. This will require substantial organizational capabilities and the ability to work on deadlines with our brewery production staff.
  • Serve on our leadership and marketing teams and attend relevant meetings.
  • Supervise projectspecific contractors (i.e. finish carpenters, label artists, etc.) and potentially staff to produce ontime, onbudget results.
  • Essentially, you must become an expert in conveying our identity through all visual and written forms.
  • Reports to ownership.

Salary range & benefits:


  • Base salary $7595K per annum (depending on experience), with annual reviews, plus goalbased bonuses.
