Position Summary:

In the role of Operations Analyst, you will function as a pivotal player. Your responsibilities will encompass enhancing customer support via process documentation for back office and online support and supporting market transactions.

Essential Responsibilities:

Enhance Process Efficiency: Spearheaded the identification, documentation, and analysis of operational process gaps, focusing on customer enrollments, fraud prevention mechanisms, and customer notifications.
Drive Process Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that address identified gaps and inefficiencies, resulting in streamlined operations and improved customer experience.
Maintain proficiency in submitting and processing requests with ERCOT, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all market-related activities.
Customer Support & Fraud Prevention: Assist with customer notifications, respond promptly to customer service inquiries, and conduct thorough reviews to maintain the integrity of customer interactions.
Provide Back Office Support: Offer vital support to call center activities, ensuring comprehensive and accurate process documentation is available to all team members.
Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist with reporting tasks, including exporting, reviewing, reconciling, and processing customer account data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

5 years of SQL writing/reporting

Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Bring a strong analytical and quantitative skill set to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
