Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract position opening (contract term 12 months+) for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst resource with our public sector industry client located in Austin, TX. *This is a hybrid role, in which this resource must work 2 days per week onsite.

Role OCM Analyst
Role Description:
The primary role and responsibility of an OCM analyst is to schedule, plan, and execute project-level change strategies, including measuring change readiness and long-term sustainability. The OCM analyst works closely with the project managers, business relationship managers, risk managers, application development team, quality assurance team, and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc) to complete the IT Operations' tasks. Develops and implements testing, communication, and training strategies and deliverables. Experience in being a team player in the change management process. Possess in-depth knowledge of each line of business to anticipate necessary changes related to training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, and behavioral change to facilitate the successful implementation of software applications and systems.
EXCELLENT Communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum (Required):
2+ Working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI, which includes
development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact
Analysis and Communications Assessments.
2+ In addition to analysis, assessments, and change strategies, the resource will have
experience developing work products such as change management plans,
communications plans and training plans. Execution of plans and work
products is expected with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption
critical to success and measured through metrics and reporting (created by the
OCM Analyst).
2+ Provides project teams with coaching and guidance based on industry-best
practices to improve cross-functional coordination and communication during
project execution.
1-3 Experience working with and reaching all levels of employees.
1-3 Experience in large Information Technology efforts with Agency-wide impact.
1-3 Create a weekly executive summary of all project statuses, including highlights for
leadership's attention. Generates high-quality, tailored reports and analyses to
inform the decision-making of senior leadership.
1-3 Develop content for dissemination to non-technical users.
1-3 Supports developing and maintaining relationships within ITD and across
the agency. Develops and executes communications plans for the CRM to
communicate project work, priorities, and impacts across the agency to provide transparency into CRM projects.
1-3 Provide project teams and users with documentation based on industry best
practices to improve understanding of technical changes.
1-3 Contributes to an inclusive environment that values differences by building and
maintaining collaborative relationships with team members, peers, and
ITD leaders. Actively embodies ITD values and behaviors, including
accountability, ethics, and best-in-class customer service. Contributes to a
culture of trust and transparency by sharing information broadly, openly, and
deliberately.
1-3 Supports the vision for Engagement, Culture, and Communications. Works closely
with team members and management to implement and support effective
solutions for change management. Maintains currency with technology,
standards, and best practices. Supports process improvement efforts within the
team and across ITD.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration,
Communications, Organizational Change Management, or related field.
