    PCHI operates across multiple businesses within its Retail Division and Consumer Products Division. On the retail side, Party City ) is the leading omnichannel retailer in the celebrations category, operating more than 800 company-owned and franchise stores, as well as Halloween City ) seasonal pop-up stores.

    The Consumer Products Division includes design and manufacturing entities Amscan, an industry leader in celebration décor, tableware, costumes, and accessories, and Anagram, the global market leader in foil balloons.

    PCHI is headquartered in Woodcliff Lake, N.J. with additional locations throughout the Americas and Asia.

    Job Overview :


    As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, the Senior Finance Analyst is a critical role supporting the consolidation of company results and analysis of company operating expenses and other areas as required.

    In this capacity the Senior Financial Analyst will provide deep financial analysis and actionable data insights to enable leadership to make decisions impacting the success of the business

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Assist in the consolidation of monthly results and analyze against forecast, budget, and prior year results
    Partner with corporate departments to provide meaningful expense analysis and facilitate the reforecasting of expenses
    Support the annual budget and ongoing forecast process through the creation and management of submission templates as needed
    Take the lead in loading and reconciling budgets and forecasts into Hyperion
    Analyze current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement
    Actively participate in problem solving initiatives to determine root cause, gap analysis, along with the development and implementation of process improvement recommendations
    Support Senior Management with ad hoc budgeting, reporting and analysis

    Skills Required:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    Makes sense of a vast range of information from multiple sources to conceptualize, drive creativity, problem solve, and follow through on action
    Oracle experience preferred
    Ability to manage multiple work streams/projects and ad hoc requests with tight timelines
    Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn company systems/tools and create process efficiencies


    Qualifications:
    5 years of relevant experience
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
    Strong working knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L/Balance Sheet

    FLSA Working conditions:
    The role is a hybrid status role with three (3) days/week onsite in Woodcliff Lake, NJ office.
    Some travel my be required (10%)
