Key Areas of Responsibility:

Actively experiment with new approaches and methods and documents the research process

Lead the development and commercialization stages of the New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring innovative new products will make our portfolio while bringing competitive advantages.

Ensure prototypes are developed with required functionality according to supplied informationand within OINA turn-around time parameters and to requested timetables when appropriate.

Continually investigate new ingredients, technologies, and equipment for producing, safe, high quality food products more cost efficiently

What You Bring To The Role:

Bachelor's degree in Food, Dairy, or related scientific field with 1-2 years of industrial experience or advanced degree (MS/PhD) in closely related scientific field.

Must have valid driver's license with flexibility to travel and visit customers up to 25% of the time
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Travel requirements:

Up to 25% travel to other OINA locations, customer sites and industry events
