- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and executives, including supporting visitor badging requests
- Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
- Prioritize, manage, and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
- Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication
- Coordinate with the appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
- Create, manage and schedule meetings around multiple calendars and appointments
- Provide guidance for less experienced employees
- Work under limited supervision
- High School Diploma or higher
- Experience supporting multiple Executives.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
- 5+ years experience in an office administration role
- Experience managing dynamic schedules and calendars.
- Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges.
- Experience with procurement tools such as SSPN.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities from different sources.
- Team oriented attitude and working together focus.

Pay Rate: $29 - $34/hr
Job Description:
The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives with a high degree of professionalism and discretion, while also being proactive and demonstrating robust attention to detail, along with the ability to adjust priorities efficiently and effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
