- Strong ability to screen resumes, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Continuously develop partnerships with key universities and other outlets to build a quality pipeline of candidates
- Maintain job postings on the company website, Indeed, LinkedIn and other various posting outlets
- Ensure completion of reference checks for all candidates
- Create offer letters, maintain ATS appropriately, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed
- Provide guidance and work with new hires on pre-employment requirements including background checks, clearances, and drug screenings
- In conjunction with Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Marketing, spearhead ideas on recruitment marketing campaigns along with preparation of recruitment materials as needed
- Establish and maintain an ongoing relationship with 3-4 local universities in your assigned regions; give presentations at those colleges/universities to increase awareness of the company
- Create and conduct weekly check ins with new hires until they reach their 45-day mark, alert supervisor and HR as needed
- Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e. college job fairs)
- Respond timely to internal and external applicants
- Provide weekly staffing updates to the Chief Human Resources Officer
- Comply with all employment laws and demonstrate good judgement
- Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field with 1 to 3 years of healthcare related staffing experience preferred
- Experience with multiple job postings in different geographical locations preferred
- 20+ phone interviews per week and willingness to adapt to expectations as needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with little supervision
- Ongoing commitment to find and retain top talent in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Travel to Clinics, career fairs, and MAC sponsored community events occasionally required
- Ability to meet deadlines to ensure appropriate staffing in Clinics
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and their ATS system, a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at time
