Your tasks:


  • Whether it's a warm welcome, helpful information, or perfect order processing you don't just advise our customers, you tailor your service to their needs
  • As a team player, you support your colleagues and ensure smooth processes and the best shopping experience every day
  • You handle the flow of documents for reservations, delivery notes, and complaints, and are responsible for the proper processing and booking of various documents
  • You appropriately pick reserved products, prepare them for pickup, and hand them over to our customers upon pickup
  • In short: you have a passion for teamwork and providing the best possible service to BAUHAUS customers

Your profile:


  • A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship is a good prerequisite for example, as a salesperson, retail merchant, office manager, or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • Experience in sales/retail, customer service, or the DIY industry is an advantage
  • You have indepth knowledge and expertise in customer service and picking, allowing you to competently serve our customers
  • You are characterized by your consulting skills,
