For our client, an international company in the raw materials sector based in Munich, we are currently looking for a:
Administrative Assistant in the Back Office (m/f/d) with experience in Cordova, AL
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Accurate and diligent management of master data, orders, and invoices in SAP
- Monitoring and controlling ongoing processes
- Timely order processing
- General office and administrative tasks
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training in office management or related fields
- Previous experience with SAP
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills
- Quick comprehension and reliability
- Solutionoriented work style and strong communication skills
