    The Team:

    The Summer Enrichment Program is an internship designed to provide exposure to potential careers within S&P Global to rising undergraduate sophomores and juniors. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and build your network by working on a global scale across the company's business which may include:
    • Purpose (Human Resources, Corporate Responsibility & DEI, Marketing)
    • S&P Dow Jones Indices
    • S&P Global Ratings
    • Finance
    • S&P Global Market Intelligence
    Responsibilities and Impact:
    • Work on specialized projects within various business lines
    • In a team, work on a business case study that will explore the lifecycle of evolving technologies
    • Learn from business leaders, connect with colleagues across the organization and participate in training and social activities
    Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

    S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $20 to $30.

    This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

    Basic Required Qualifications:
    • Fully matriculated students with anticipated graduation date in 2026 or Spring 2027
    • All majors welcomed
    • Drive to achieve personal and team objectives
    • D emonstrate exceptional learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving ability
    Additional Preferred Qualifications:
    • Strong communication (verbal skills, listening techniques, and clear/concise writing style)
