DeWi Back is a trading, production, and service company for frozen baked goods with its headquarters in Berlin and additional branches in Rostock & Hamburg.

We are a dynamic company with flat hierarchies and currently employ around 350 people. As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking reinforcements for our purchasing team in Berlin.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor goods dispatchers and ensure availability of goods for all warehouse areas
  • Conduct supplier meetings and negotiate prices
  • Create new items in the computer system
  • Monitor the flow of goods in each warehouse area
  • Quality and inventory control
  • Create delivery notes for national and international customers
  • Thorough documentation of process flows in accordance with QM guidelines
  • Compliance and control of CCP and CP in the responsible area

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a retail or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Professional experience in purchasing in a large company
  • Proficient in written and spoken German
  • Independent, structured, and conscientious work ethic
  • Teamwork, motivation, and punctuality
