Our growth

To further expand our organization and strengthen our legal team, we are looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) in full-time.

We are happy to fill the position in Munich, but remote work is also possible.

In any case, it is important that you will be regularly present in Munich to enable close collaboration with our COO and current Head of Legal.

Responsibilities

Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with (potential) clients, insurers, and service providers
Point of contact for all internal legal questions, e.g. in the areas of HR services, pension equalization, and M&A
Preparing written submissions to courts and lawyers
Assisting with externally assigned legal disputes
Conducting inhouse training
Assuming organizational tasks in the
