Limbach-Oberfrohna.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide assistance with orders
  • You will also handle customer complaints over the phone
  • You will review incoming orders and enter them into the system
  • Maintaining master and contact data will also be part of your duties

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office clerk
  • Ideally, you have gained professional experience in customer service
  • You are highly communicative and can inspire others with your positive attitude
  • Your pleasant voice and friendly demeanor leave a positive impression on your conversation partners
  • You have good computer skills and are familiar with common MS Office applications, and are willing to learn new systems
  • Ideally, you have previous knowledge of SAP
  • You are able to start work as early as 6:00 am
